Mini Theatre School - Ages 5 to 7 years

Every Saturday during term time, our students work with our dedicated and experienced teachers to learn fun routines and songs from top London shows. This one hour class has tuition in dance, acting and singing, and is a great way to develop children's confidence and skills.

Saturdays from 9.30 - 10.30am at the Frank Hutchings Community Hall, Thatcham and from March 2010 also at Monteagle Community Centre, Yateley!

Saturday Theatre School - Ages 8 to 16 years

A fantastic opportunity for children to work with professional performers from London's West End! A whole day of fun, including classes in dance, acting and singing, as well as frequent workshops from visiting professionals and regular performance opportunities.

Saturdays from 10.30am - 4.00pm at the Frank Hutchings Community Hall. Thatcham and from March 2010 also at Monteagle Community Centre, Yateley!

Students aged 11+ can also gain a nationally recognised qualification, in the form of The Arts Award. Taken at bronze, silver and gold levels, the award is practical and fun, and encourages the students' leadership skills as well as their artistic development. More details at www.artsaward.org.uk

 

Street Dance Classes ages 8-11 and 12-16

We are very excited to announce that we will be starting Beginner’s Street Dance classes at Francis Baily School, Thatcham from February 2010.  Classes are split into age groups 8-11’s, 12-16’s and also Adults.

The classes will be taught by our resident Funk and Street teacher, Jackie, and are based on a funky, hip-hop style, proven to be very popular, and filling up quickly!

We will be holding a tester evening on Thursday the 4th February, and would like to invite anyone who thinks they would like to learn a new dance style in a fun environment, to come along and try it out. Feel free to bring a friend along, and there will be time for parents to ask questions or enrol.

Please also remember there is an Adult session as well, so parents are very welcome to join in! The evening will be starting from 6:30pm. Please contact Jackie on 08451 307408 or using our contact form.
