Helen trained at the English National Ballet School and London Studio Centre, and is an experienced performer and teacher. Her on-stage credits include 'Emily' in the Olivier Award-winning revival of Oklahoma! at both the National Theatre and the Lyceum in the West End, and also on the 1999 video. Helen understudied Cinderella in Cinderella, choreographed by Matthew Bourne for his renowned Adventures in Motion Picture company, which she performed in Los Angeles, USA. She also played The Girlfriend in Swan Lake (again for Matthew Bourne) at the Dominion Theatre in London's West End.

Helen has taught dance extensively, and for three years ran the youth department at The Baytree Centre in London. She has taught at The Henley College and at Reading Theatre College, and also works with students and performers at Anjali, a Dance Company for people with learning disabilities. Helen is co-director of RD&TC, and teaches regularly at most of our classes.
